How We Teach
Child Led
Every session starts with play. This helps us to create an environment where children want to be! Naturalistic teaching allows children learn through the activities they enjoy and makes learning fun.
Consider the Environment
Learning can happen anywhere so we have created an environment that allows children to practice new skills in a variety of contexts. Learning can be incorporated into play, into daily activities like hand-washing, while sitting looking at books, and during Circle Time with friends.
Research-Based Teaching Strategies
We are committed to clinical development for our team and keeping up to date on the effective and ethical evidence-based teaching strategies. We customize our teaching arrangements to the way each child learns best and use data to quantify progress.
Positive Interventions
Our focus is reinforcement! We celebrate each child’s wins the way they want to celebrate whether it's a round of applause, playing restaurant, having dance party, or just playing with a favorite toy!
