How We Teach

ABA Services

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client ensuring personalized treatment plans that address specific goals and challenges. There are various service models available, allowing for flexibility in how ABA is delivered. Combining comprehensive ABA services, focused ABA services, and caregiver training. Our program is primarily center-based, allowing for structured, consistent support, while also offering opportunities for community and home-based generalization with a BCBA to ensure skills carry over into everyday life. This individualized approach helps maximize the effectiveness of interventions and supports clients in achieving meaningful progress.

Child Led

Every session starts with play. This helps us to create an environment where children want to be! Naturalistic teaching allows children learn through the activities they enjoy and makes learning fun. Learning can happen anywhere so we have created an environment that allows children to practice new skills in a variety of contexts. Learning can be incorporated into play, into daily activities like hand-washing, while sitting looking at books, and during Circle Time with friends.

Caregiver Collaboration

We partner closely with families to support each child’s progress beyond therapy sessions. Through regular training, our BCBAs provide guidance, practical strategies, and personalized support to help caregivers reinforce skills, manage behaviors, and build independence at home and in the community.

Research-Based Teaching Strategies

We are committed to clinical development for our team and keeping up to date on the effective and ethical evidence-based teaching strategies. We customize our teaching arrangements to the way each child learns best and use data to quantify progress.

Positive Interventions

Our focus is reinforcement! We celebrate each child’s wins the way they want to celebrate whether it's a round of applause, playing restaurant, having dance party, or just playing with a favorite toy!
